本利用規約は、JUUVOが提供する「HSK中国語単語帳11092」の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
HSK® および「汉语水平考试」は、中国教育部中外語言交流合作中心 (Center for Language Education and Cooperation、旧 国家漢辦) の登録商標です。
本アプリは同機関と無関係の独立した学習教材であり、HSK 主催機関による承認・推薦を受けたものではありません。
サブスクリプション
- Plus プラン・Pro プランは自動更新サブスクリプションです
- 料金は各プランの表示価格のとおりです
- 解約は各期間終了の24時間前までに App Store の設定から行ってください
- 購入後の返金は Apple の返金ポリシーに従います
禁止事項
- 本アプリのコンテンツを無断で複製・転載・配布すること
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング

本アプリのコンテンツは学習補助を目的としており、内容の正確性を保証するものではありません。
データソース・出典
本アプリの単語リストは、以下の公開データソースにおける収録有無や頻度を統計的に分析し、独自に編纂したものです。例文の一部は Tatoeba Project の中国語例文を出典として使用しています。

音声データについて
本アプリに同梱されている音声データ（mp3）は Google Cloud Text-to-Speech（Wavenet / Chirp3-HD）を使用して事前生成したものです。音声データの配布はサービス利用契約に基づきます。
規約の変更
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後も本アプリを使用し続けることで、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
